The units are brand-new, comfortable modern with large bathroom and twin beds.

Functional, decent sized rooms with desk in l shape next to bed. Nice food in the restaurant for breakfast.

Beds were a bit hard.

Pleasant place, it was fairly clean and had attentive and thoughtful staff with good service. The fact that Kokusai Center tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

Modern facilities, great value. Nice breakfast with Japanese food and good beverages and Japanese dishes - well worth the money.

Fairly clean hotel, extremely spacious and compact rooms, great value. All in all marvellous setting near to subway stations, so many restaurants at the underground entrance to the train station and the Unimall underground mall. Also, close enough to public transport to get there.

Unattentive staff!

They offered us new-fashioned and tidy rooms with clothes on, WiFi, less chairs. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a big plus. Excellent service, even though a few employees were unattentive.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The entire hotel was fairly clean and the room was nice modern and well-appointed. Got absolutely superb and good breakfasts with Japanese food and also good beverages. The staff were helpful and provided an excellent service. The location couldn't be more favourable close To Underground Shopping mall And public transport.

Overall had really nice stay in September. The room was a decent size and functional and equipped with twin beds and coffee/tea facilities and large bathroom. The staff there were excellent and gentle.

The breakfast we ordered was too expensive, it could be far better.

Reasonably spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a work desk, an electric kettle and an electronic key card. Location next to public transport, Nagoya Castle, and underground mall and to JR. Welcoming, courteous staff team with good service.

great location near everything, good for visiting nagoya. and so close to the various tourist spots and toyota factory from nagoya. incredibly nice breakfast to star a day with japanese dishes, good beverages plus japanese food.

The hotel is set in a good location close enough to a convenience store located at level one, many restaurants, and the city centre. The venue has compact and neat rooms with desk in L shape next to bed and 2 queen beds, for instance.

Convenient location near Nagoya Station with easy access through the underground Unimall. Fluent check-in and quick delivery of iron and iron board to my room. Luggage left behind was waiting in my room upon return. Good service and clean, modern facilities.

great choice for new year. the hotel was fairly clean based in a royal style building with helpful staff. excellent service, good location to the bus stop for city tour. nice food for breakfast at the restaurant.
